Did something go wrong with the payment or while downloading?
Go to “contact” and click on the E-mail address of our support department. When you contact us we can analyse what went wrong. You can be sure we’ll solve the problem quickly and professionally.

When are the commissions paid?
At the end of each month you’ll automatically receive an invoice including the specifications of your commission. Payment will follow immediately afterwards.

How can I view my revenue?
You can login to the members area of Promocash with your login name and password. Here you can view your statistics, update your account and get access to the promo tools.

Can I also direct traffic from countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium?
Promocash offers you the possibility to start international shops as well or to send customers to our existing international shops.
