Terms and conditions.

Please keep to these terms and conditions. If you don’t keep to them you run the risk of being excluded from our system and, in extreme cases, even blocking of your balances.

• It is not allowed to promote your account via (unasked-for) E-mail, news groups or by using other methods that are commonly regarded as “spam”. In the case of demonstrable offences converning spam or other illegal practices, we reserve the right to refrain from paying the generated revenue and to terminate your account.

• It is not allowed to promote your account with the aid of programmes or via websites that are of an illegal or misleading nature. These include, but are not limited to, viruses and/or spyware. In the case of demonstrable offences, we reserve the right to refrain from paying the generated revenue and to terminate your account.

• It is not allowed to mislead visitors with the word(s) “free (of charge)” or any equivalent phrasing or to be dishonest about prices; this is in no way necessary.

• Payment takes place in the first week of every month following the month in which revenue has been generated, i.e. the revenue of March will be paid to you around the 4th of April.

• Statistics are offered in real-time; with the password and login name you receive you’ll be able to view your statistics 24 hours a day (except when failures might occur). We rent the statistics from dialxs and these statistics can, in the case of failures, contain misrepresentations. These will always be resolved and statistics will display the correct information again afterwards. There’s no need to be afraid that information will disappear for good if information is temporarily not accessible due to a failure.

• As a company or individual you’re only allowed to have one account. If you’d like to have more than one, please contact us.

• Promocash accepts no liability whatsoever for downtime or other technical failures. However, because we have a high-quality network and work with specialists downtime and failures will be kept to an absolute minimum.

• If you’d like to unregister as a partner you have to send an E-mail including your partner code to afmelden@promocash.co.uk

• In no way we wish to be associated with illegal practices such as: warez sites, child pornography sites, etc. So, if you’re in this line of business, please don’t use our system and/or use these sites to promote our URLs and/or use a shop that contains our scripts.

• We can only pay VAT if we’ve received a Chamber of Commerce extract AND a VAT identification number. Please be sure to put your signature under the registration and to return it to us by post (or by fax/scanned E-mail). Please check your details thoroughly and make sure that the banking data are correct.

• If you’re running your own shop using our scripts: please don’t disable the support function so the consumer can’t make use of the mail form to report a failure. Our system works because of satisfied customers who quickly pay repeat visits to download new content and NOT on the basis of a “hit and run” principle.
